Can I change my plan to pay as you go?

As long as you are outside of your minimum contract, yes.

You could try the Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Alternatively buy a new PAYG SIM then migrate your old number across

@Nadine71 If you're still within your contract period you would have to pay the remainder before moving to Pay & Go.
