My bill this month is over £19 I m you have charged me for Disney which I do t have or use and you promised me a £40 refund from last month onto my future bills and this has not been added and I do t know this number 00902423495747 and don’t remember phoning it

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
