Hi,

I’ve almost used up all the data tariff and there is still 14 days until renewal. Can I move the renewal date sooner to get more data.

Also is there any data bolt Ons bigger than 1GB?

@NiallJ

The only way to bring it forward is to call 4445 to ask O2.

You can look at changing your tariff if you need more data, you can do this in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Called o2 on 4445 and decided to change to a pay monthly. An extra £5 a month gave me more than 5 times the data (80GB) vs my £15 big bundle top up for £15.
