I have been trying all afternoon to contact o2 about canceling a port in request due to take place on the 4/11/19. Their phone lines just cut you off, their live chat is always offline or busy and their is no email address to email. How can I contact someone to cancel my port in request?

So I finally got through on live chat on 1/11/19 to cancel my port in request and they agreed to cancel it. I get a text this morning informing me that they are all set to move my number over to them today and it will be done by 6PM! Useless company!!! I will be getting my PAC number tomorrow and moving back to Vodafone for sure.
