Hello, I activated my new sim card today, with a £10 big bundle and texted FREE10 to the number on the sim envelope, but I get a reply saying this offer isn't for you? Please can someone help? Thank you! 🙂 Merv

Call customer service on 4445 and they will add it for you.

There have been problems with some sim cards.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
