Cancel big bundle!

Can someone help me cancel a big bundle I have? I now live in China and don’t need the bundle for obvious reasons but if I top up I’m automatically being charged the £10 for a bundle I don’t use whatsoever! Don’t ask me to call U.K. because I can’t….

O2 only offer bundles now, so you can not get a bundle free topup.

To cancel the Auto Topup (which will cause the sim to become cancelled if no chargable actions are done in every 6months).

You need to either login  to My o2 over the web and cancel auto topup or . If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this .
