Hi @Anonymous but this isn't customer service and they won't see your message here. To get itemised billing for your P&G phone you need to fill in a subject access request form at a cost of £10 but only outgoing texts, mms messages and phone calls.

Inbound are not available and can only be found from the phone logs though you should also be able to list all incoming  and outbound communication from the phone logs too unless you have recently changed phones or had them backed up.Follow the process in this link :

You need to fill in the SAR Form and enclose a cheque for  £10 giving the dates you want as the billing period.

If this is about a pay monthly account for Kelly Ann then she can get an itemised bill for any month via My O2 free of charge. Again only inbound calls,  messages etc. You can use this method :

  • View your latest bill in My O2
  • Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of thos.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
  • That will bring up the old style web page
  • Select the billing month using the drop down box at the top, you can go back 2 years then click update at the side of the drop down box
  • Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see Download and print PDF bill

It's not entirely clear exactly what you actually need so you can contact the  customer service  here :
