Hi @Anonymous but this isn't customer service and they won't see your message here. To get itemised billing for your P&G phone you need to fill in a subject access request form at a cost of £10 but only outgoing texts,mms messages and phone calls.
Inbound are not available and can only be found from the phone logs though you should also be able to list all incoming and outbound communication from the phone logs too unless you have recently changed phones or had them backed up.Follow the process in this link :
You need to fill in the SAR Form and enclose a cheque for £10 giving the dates you want as the billing period.
If this is about a pay monthly account for Kelly Ann then she can get an itemised bill for any month via My O2 free of charge. Again only inbound calls, messages etc. You can use this method :
