Hi my account for my 02 rewards got frozen because i typed the details incorrectly too many times. However i neeeded the code given to my phone to access the account. My phone froze which didnt allow me to recieve the code via message. I thought the website was playing out. however by the time i got my phone working, i had typed details incorrectly way too many times for me to access my account.

Sounds like you had a bunch of bad luck with stuff freezing on you wink
Anyway, make sure your phone is fully working now as after customer services unfreeze your account you will still need to receive the code via text to log back in again.
