Hello. I’ve just transferred my number over to O2 and topped up by £10. I then wanted to top up an additional £30 just to have extra credit on my account. However the £30 top up didn’t work. I’ve tried several times now, and even for lesser amounts, throughout the day. I’ve contacted my bank, and they said that the payment request hasn’t even come through to them for them to decline. Is anything going on and am I doing something wrong?

There are often issues with the top up process so it might be best if you try a different method.
