Can't message or phone other o2 numbers

This is an odd one:

I can phone and message other mobile providers (including landlines)
But if I send a message to an o2 phone it never arrives (my family are all on o2),
also if I phone another o2 number it rings once and goes straight to voicemail (they never recieve anything)

I have no problem recieving calls from o2 numbers

As mentioned can phone landlines without a problem and other mobile phone on different networks.

Any suggestions on what todo welcome

It is an odd one. Certainly all those people on O2 wouldn't have blocked you, so I think you need a new sim

Pop in to any O2 store and they will give you a new one and swap everything over for you

Have you recently ported your number into O2 ?

you may have a problem with your account that tech services need to resolve. 

I’d call 4445 and ask customer service to escalate to 2nd line support.
