Can't make calls

I have had a phone sent to me to replace a stolen phone. I am in Portugal renovating a house for my family.

I was sent a new som for a replacement phone but after installing the sim and topping up the phone i can't make calls. I have tried to call all my family but my call is ended.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide including a Skype option Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Your sim will be barred due to reporting it lost so customer service will need to remove the bars.
