My 02 App

Hi

when I log on to My 02 app and go to usage it use to say how many Calls and Texts I have made.

but now when I make a phone call or send a text the usage is saying 0.

is this a problem with the App and anyone else having this same issue.

O2 has made a mess of introducing a new backend system and it had effected thousands of customers, so it's not just you
