Can't find new sim

I currently have 2 PAYG sims which I manage on My O2.

 

I recently bought another sim which has just arrived, but I can't find the order in My Account?

 

Where can I find this new sim, so I can add it to My O2?

You need to register the sim for a MyO2 account and then merge it with your current ones.
