I'm trying to top up my credit but keep getting a message saying the transaction couldn't be completed and to try again or contact my bank. I tried several times with the same result so contacted my bank. Apparently the reason for the payment being declined was because the CVV number hadn't been sent. I tried to contact O2 support but couldn't get through to an actual person and the virtual assistant is useless.

You could try the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 but I don't know if they deal with Pay & Go.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
