My phone appears to be blocked . Is this because the system did not accept my (completely correct) answer to the security question when I called Customer Service on the 5th June ? If so, what can I do about it ? My answer was 100% correct, so not my fault the system didn’t recognise it . The operator I spoke to later told me this is a problem sometimes which 02 are trying to correct…..

@Max-Zak

No nothing to do with that.

It's either non payment, a faulty phone or sim or network issue.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Purchased new phone - hassle getting new sim authenticated. Have now lost all my contacts. Not happy with O2 or new Vodafone handset , but hey, ho, it is what it is. Will have to trek to phone shop for help I guess.

That's why it's blocked then @Max-Zak as Vodafone still lock their phones.

You can ask them to unlock it after 30 days but you still need to pay their contract.
