Can I buy a £10 big bundle with my PAYG credit (currently just over £10)?

Some information seems to suggest you have to get a new SIM and need to add credit to that before the big bundle can commence.

Thanks.

If you're not already on the bundle, go to your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ and select the bundle from the tariff section. You will receive a text confirming your selection and a further text saying that the cost will be taken from your credit.

You may also get a text saying that you need to top up, but just ignore that if your credit is £10 or over.

Thanks. I've just done that now.

I presume that the commencement date of 09 January 2037 is a glitch and it starts a bit sooner than that!

lol, yes. It always says that.

It appears to be something that O2 are unable to fix wink
