I have paid 20 pounds in order to get the big bundle but my balance is only 10 pounds , so how do i know that i have big bundle

Several ways to check http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C... remember your credit is taken to buy allowances.
