As you are PAYG simply get a PAC code and move

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Conniegray A better deal might not also mean as good or better coverage if you switch. Try the 3 Pay & Go sim first before you ask for your PAC.
