Hi I believe I am being way overshares on my mobile plane. I am currently using it in Europe pay as you go and it has spent over 15 euros in just two days. I don’t know how this is possible as I have restricted my data usage and only made one very quick expensive call. Some assistance on this would be much appreciated thankyou.

@Sarah22

All calls to any EU country are included in your allowances along with any data use.

You will however, be charged for calling outside of the EU.

Although you have posted in the Pay Monthly section, you say you are PAYG?...

My comments apply to both.
The only real difference is the amount of data you can use which doesn’t apply as the OP has turned it off.

No matter... although the op said they have restricted data usage, not actually turned it off.

I was simply offering the PAYG option which I thought was appropriate under the circumstances.
