Hi, I have an elderly friend that has got terminal cancer and isn’t mobile enough to go to shops to top-up and also isn’t tech savvy enough to go on an app to top-up when she needs to. I was wondering if O2 do auto top-up’s? I don’t know too much about O2 pay as you go as I’m on pay monthly but I’ve just switched her over from a Vodafone pay as you go plan that was costing her the earth to make calls and O2 pay as you go seemed to have some decent monthly deals in comparison.

It can be set up in their MyO2 or by contacting O2.
