I just upgraded my rolling plan to higher allowances £15 per month. It says its not due to start for another couple of days but I need it now as I've no data on current rolling plan. How can I do this and start early? I can't bear to contact customer...

Switching from a contract to pay as you go

Log in issues

O2 rewards issue

Hey i checked my o2 rewards(both on site and via text/phonecall) and it says i have £19 ro save orclaim by the 30th september i have tried multiple times to claim said £19 over the past month and got hit with you havent topped up in the last quarter....
