Hi I’ve have payed for another 10 pound tarrif would like it to be ally now so I can have data

Call 4445 or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Normally your allowances will only renew on your anniversary date, but customer services can pull it forward.

You may be better off changing your tariff to one with more data too.
