I want to swap from pay monthly to pay as you go.

I have been sent a new pay as you go SIM. 

I have put it into my divice.

 

Now I want to activate the SIM

New Pay As You Go customers

If you have a Pay As You Go plastic sim, you’ll need to put it in your device and then top up to activate it.

Hi there!

 

The best way to move your number from pay monthly to pay and go would be by calling 202.

 

But please bare with them! They are very busy at this time.

They will need to know the pay monthly number, the new pay and go number and also the sim serial number that should be on the sim card/sim card holder that you recieved.
