A question about data usage and web daily

Ok, here's the question, is it possible to pay less than £1 for web allowance? I have noticed that everytime I use my data for small trivial things, I get a notification saying I've used a pound, that I won't be charged for more and that my 50MB allowance runs out at midnight. The thing is, I don't really need the 50meg, I sometimes only need to ask google a quick question or other trivial things. Is there a way to choose being charged at some standard rate per MG used rather than web daily?

Thanks! smiling

Change your tariff to the classic PAYG sim and you will only be charged 1p per mb for data.
You can change tariff in your MyO2 or by calling customer service on 4445.

@klikekacper If you don't need data, except for Google or trivial things as you say, switch off your mobile data in your settings and just use WiFi either at home or where it's offered free when you're out and about.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Many thanks to both @Bambino and @MI5. What @MI5 has suggested is EXACTLY what I wanted! Cheers bud! I was scared that this option was unavailable and was more than prpared to spend the rest of the day cursing the existence of greedy phone companies! It's all good now. Thank you. thumbsup

On big bundle tariffs it’s a free call but not on all tariffs so check the call charges in your MyO2.
