I signed up to my o2, o2 stated that i would get 5pounds added to my credit within 5 working days, i have waited 8 days now and still not received it, my wife got hers within 3 days, I know a fiver is not a lot of money, it is just the principle

Call customer services @cynffi and ask them if they can apply it.
Best time to call is around 8:30am - just after they open.
