Hello I am currently on the £5 big bundle, and when going to top up I am having £10 deducted from my account, when it only should be £5

Do I get any data allowance when on this tariff.

Thanks

£10 is the minimum top up.

You cannot top up just £5, so the £10 will cover you for 2 months if you don't use any additional credit.

I would speak to Customer Services on 4445 to find out what bundle has been applied, as the £5 has no data but the £10 does.

If you are on a £10 big bundle, you get 7GB of data @PZ13

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

Not sure why they are taking £10 if your bundle is meant to be £5.00.

Better call 4445 and ask them what's happened.
