No one in my house can make outgoing calls. I have got other 02 friends to phone me and they are able to do so and they live nearby. Does anyone know what’s going on

I am in Aberdeen but still can’t make calls so i don’t this it’s about mast. I think it’s all those on pay as you go that are having this issue
