Thanks. As per my post I have the number as it keeps cutting me off. The link for live chat just takes me back to the home page - is that right please?

You'll be lucky I have written one letter, made four phone calls for more than an hour, and had three internet web chats and still no PAC code they are an absolute disgrace. It is almost as if they have been told to use delayign tactics. I have reported the issue to OFCOM I suggest you do the same.

No point in using live chat, they have not got the permission to give you a PAC code. They just told me to call customer services 4445. Or 03448090222 from landline.

Just had my web chat hung up on again for the third time after requesting PAC code again. No surprises. I don't think O2 know what a PAC code is, customer service, what service?

Don't bother ringing that is where I have wasted an hour of my life and had the phone hng up on four times, They tell you that they just need to check on the system-you think you are getting somewhere and then ten minutes after listening to some ridiculous holding music they hang up. Tactics tactics.
