Trying to buy tickets with 02 Priority - Enter Offer Code request?

Hi, 

I am trying to purchase Beyonce Cowboy Carter 02 pre sale tickets but when I select the chosen tickets, I have to slect 'unlock' and then I am required to 'Enter Offer Code', it does not explain what this code is or where I may find it, it just says 'Make sure this is not your 'My Ticketmaster' password.

Any ideas? I had the same issue when trying to purchase Ricky Gervais tickets and ended up missing out!

It usually presents itself in the Priority App, when you click through it will auto populate, but as these promotions are run by Ticketmaster I would reach out to them, but you must do the whole process from the Priority App
