Hi

I have registered for NHS discount code but the code in I was given and it wont take me no further My work only have the old coed. Spoke to a Geoarge who was usless and kept saying ask your employer who only have an 8 digit code as not been updated. Please can some one help with a new NHS sicount code.

You need to contact your HR dept for the new 5 digit code or give CS a call on 202 from your handset.
Live chat should be avoided as they may not have the up to date info.

It's debatable whether all employers have the code.....or just haven't looked for it yet...

We know many have got it from previous posts @Anonymous

o2 customer services wont give out the code, as its a seperate scheme operated by the o2 Enterprise division..

Which proves that O2 do have access to them ..and have provided them when HR depts can't..

It's just a pity we have no official word on this...so the guidelines can be updated. slight_frown
