whenevery i try using live chat on google chrome then it says checking if theres an avilable agent?

does anyoone know what the pronblem is?

I've often found with O2 that even when chat works, it can be less painful to ring customer services.

Totally agree @dgilbert2

I have never had a problem with CS at all. In fact I always ring them when upgrading my sim only plan.

I could do it online but I want to make sure it's gone through as expected.
