I am having trouble with my phone?
I can not call out or txt, I tried to call o2 on my phone but doesn't let me.
And online chat is not workinga
I need to speak to some asap.
is there anything I can do to get o2 to call me?

Or use Samsung browser I couldn't call or txt so used live chat and used the status page and saw an outage
