@Kristy3101 there are known issues with live chat which they are hoping to fix this week. In the meantime, Edge and Firefox browsers sometimes work OK.
You can also try calling 202, early morning is best from 8.00am.

@Kristy3101 have you checked for any network issues https://status.o2.co.uk/ and also checked you MyO2 to see if there is a missed payment?
My direct debit failed last month and I didn't realise for a few days so worth checking.
