Live chat dead?

This last month on O2 has caused me major probs and I still after 3 days can't get live chat any ideas please guys

@Kristy3101 there are known issues with live chat which they are hoping to fix this week. In the meantime, Edge and Firefox browsers sometimes work OK. 

You can also try calling 202, early morning is best from 8.00am.

Thanks for suggestion hun but no such luck I've done both it's silly I can receive calls and texts but not make any and no data what so ever

Can't make any calls to ring 202 as the calls don't even ringthey just drop

@Kristy3101 have you checked for any network issues https://status.o2.co.uk/ and also checked you MyO2 to see if there is a missed payment?

My direct debit failed last month and I didn't realise for a few days so worth checking.
