Good morning,

Unfortunately I have broken my phone, unsure as to how I have actually managed it.

I did miss place it for a couple days as my 4 year old daughter had hidden it.

The back of the phone is completely smashed and is no longer connecting to data, wifi, signal.

Is there any way of getting a replacement or mine repaired, the phone is a little over a year old and I believe i am paying for insurance on the device.

Many thanks,

if you could email back on    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx**Personal info**   it would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't O2, it's a community forum. As you say you have insurance on the phone, it needs to be sent back to O2 for repair.

Just call O2 customer services to submit a claim. You might be asked to fill out a claim form. Unlike some other policies we send you a replacement phone, so you can be back on track quickly.
