I have tried to register for o2 priorities but can't get any further than entering the code they are meant to send me. I enter my mob number ok and o2 are meant to send me a code in a text but I never get it even if I keep requesting. Anybody got any ideas?

It might be obvious and not meant as condescending, but do check you are entering your number correctly....

There is normally a limit to the number of codes per day but this problem has cropped up in the past. I had the issue but left it to the next day and I got the code. It is most probably a systems issue.

It's a HTC one. My number is correct and I have tried requesting it numerous times in the last 6 weeks but nothing comes through. I have contacted customer services twice and they said they will look into it and come back to me within 5 days and they don't. Really frustrating!
