cant register for o2 priority

I have tried to register for o2 priorities but can't get any further than entering the code they are meant to send me. I enter my mob number ok and o2 are meant to send me a code in a text but I never get it even if I keep requesting. Anybody got any ideas?

Was looking at what what you wrote again and I think you may be trying to register online. Can you download the app instead and try? Let us know how you get on! slight_smile
