cancelling disney +

Hi everyone

I've tried to cancel my disney plus and followed instructions online but can't seem to.  Phoned up and they said I've got to call back on 24 Sept as this will be the date of the minimum 6 months since i took it out.  Is this the case?

On the app, if you press the 3 dots at the top of that page, one of the options is to open in a web page

@jonsie I’ve got same issue on pc too - same picture appears with no option to cancel or turn off auto renew..
