I need to use my insurance to replace my phone as i dropped it and now the screen has turned half black. I tried customer service and unless it is lost or stolen it just hangs up. Live chat says its not working so how to i speak to some one and get my phone replaced??

I saw that but i need it replaced as soon as possible. Is there no other way of getting hold of someone as last time i had a new phone the next day
