Good evening all. Yesterday I reported that my Granddaughters phone had been stolen. I forgot to ask about a replacement SIM. Do you know if O2 send a replacement automatically or do I have to go back and ask for a replacement? Thank you.

Resolved! MISSED DELIVERY - ITEM RETURNED :(

I sadly missed my both delivery attempts for the headphones that came with my upgrade, all DPD tracking says is “returning to O2”. I was wondering if anyone out there knew if it’s still possible to get the package?
