I opted for 6 month free Audible as my extra with my upgrade. But upon clicking the link I was sent had an error saying I already had an account with Audible. I asked when I selected the extra whether having an account would be an issue and was assured no problem. Now I’ be cancelled Audible and tried again once final month’s sub had expired. Now I find my Extra link has expired too. How do I get a new link to access my extra?

Extras have to be selected within 28 days and redeemed after a further 28 days.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
