I like many do not wish to talk to a robot such as Aura as it seems incapable of answering anything outside the library of facts it has loaded in its memory.

My purpose for wanting assistance was due to a call received allegedly rom O2 on a landline number that I wished to verify if it was a genuine call or not as I had severe reservations that it was. Aura was unable to offer anythng helpful of course. An alternate point of contact would be extremely useful be it a phone number or email address rather than a robot that serves no useful purpose and make the term Customer Service non existent for a large communications company!

@Silveraj

Lots of scams around so it's good to check.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
