Upgraded phone

I upgraded my phone last night online, well before 10pm for next day delivery. On the tracking, it has got as far as being processed, has been for over 18hrs now. Anyone know why maybe? Also I've upgraded, am I right in thinking I will still have my current number?

Yes you'll keep your number but many phones are out of stock.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
