I am not yet an O2 customer. I've been at my current residence for 3 month and the building itself is only 4 months old. At my local O2 branch I've tried taking out a new contract for the iPhone 13 but I keep getting told my address isn't on their system yet. They told me to register my address on royal mail which I did last month but I'm still being told my address isn't showing on the system. I've been to the branch 3 times since getting my address active on royal mail and I'm running out of hope. Can this process not be done manually or is there nothing I can do from my side?
