Does anyone know how long the upgrade email takes to come through? I upgraded over the phone this morning but still no email for me to click to start my order.

Have you checked your spam folder?

You should get the emails immediately unless you have been referred for credit checks.

You can call O2 to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
