URGENT- KEY WORKER- O2 won’t unlock my O2 phone!

I am a key worker and have no way of calling my hospital or my office because I can’t get hold of O2 to unlock my phone to put my new sim in.
Can anyone get a message to O2 to contact me please!!

Go to first post

See the Options word top right hand corner

Click on that.

drop down box appears.

Edit. Click on that.
