Travel Zone 1 bolt on

Hello, I purchased a zone 1 travel bolt on three days ago which should last for 30 days. I’ve just looked at my account and it states that the bolt on lasts from the 19th of November to the 19th of December - how can it have started before I purchased it? I’m confused but also don’t want to be charged more.

It will be pro rated to your top up or billing date, so it will show as that date.
