I have recently transferred from pay as you go to pay monthly, will I lose my saved rewards from previous pay as you go top ups?

Hi @Carjamder

Unfortunately yes, any rewards not claimed will be lost but any credit you have can be added to your contract account to go towards paying your bill.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I think you could have claimed your rewards as credit then it would have been transferred over.
