Strange text problem

I can phone my freind and talk she can phone me and talk ok, she can text me ok but I can't text her, I do a *0# test message to her and it comes up on my phone "message delivered" but nothing appears on her phone  I am on 02 she is on Vodafone any ideas please?

yes getting other peoples except her son now, on EE

Ask her to turn off and take sim out, give it a wipe with a dry cloth and then try again.

Your friend has blocked you. As already explained, she must open messages and then message settings to find the blocked list.

@fedupagen Please tell us the make and model of your friends phone then the knowledgeable ones on here can give you good advice

Its an old Nokia ?? she doesn't like smartphone. she would buy a new model but its no good if something else is causing the problem

You can still block texts on "old Nokia's"

Yes but I can ring and speak no problem so not blocked just not text

Yes but as already explained there may be a separate block list for texts and calls.
You need to check and eliminate by following the advice given to you.
