I have recently looked at my bill and have 2 charges of 2.99 for snack games. I haven't signed up to any games, I need some advice on how to get these charges stopped before I lose any more money.

and ask them to put the following two bars on your account, to stop this happening again

Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
