Hello.

I have just completed a 2yr contract with o2 & have been very happy with the service. I want to go onto the simplicity sim for 12months and I just need to know if I can get a free upgrade whilst on simplicity??

I would look at that if you were paying more you could upgrade earlier.

you are in contract, so you can wait a little longer...you knew you were going on a 12 months deal.... and your tariff is a lot more discounted so we need to make our money back...

pay little...here's a phone with a higher tariff so that you can spend more... my personal interpretation
